Color paste is a kind of concentrated paste containing pigments, which is made by using different pigments, dispersed and milled through strict processing technology, such as surface treatment and surface wrapping of pigments. Due to the different solvents (or medium) used, color paste can be divided into water-based color paste, oil-based color paste, water and oil general-purpose color paste and so on.
2. What are the components of the color paste?
Color paste is generally composed of the following components: pigment powder, dispersing medium (water or other solvents), dispersing wetting additives, other additives and so on.
3. What are the main functions of the color paste?
The functions of color paste are divided into three aspects.
A. Matching performance: the compatibility with the base paint is the premise of whether it can be used, which is determined by the dispersant and wetting agent used in the color paste.
B. Application performance: such as hue, coloring power, color fastness, light resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, color migration and so on are determined by the pigments in the color paste.
C. Stability: It contains two aspects: batch stability of color paste and storage stability.

Production of all goods begins after the order is finalized and a deposit is paid. If there are no special circumstances, the goods can be ready for transportation within one week.
Goods can be packaged in cartons, paper bags or cardboard drums, unless otherwise required. Each unit of goods is 20KG or 25KG. Customized packaging is also available. If there is any customized packing requirement, please explain your intention to us in advance.

Yes, we do offer free samples. But you need to cover the postage by yourself.
We offer free samples under 150 grams. You need to pay if you require more.
5. How long is delivery time?
It depends on the ordered quantity. Small or medium orders usually takes less than a week. Please check the production agenda with the sales department after order.
