What is PA-40:
PA-40 is used in the processing of high polymerization PVC resin, and has the function of promoting the plasticization of high polymerization PVC, lowering the plasticizing temperature and greatly improving the processing performance of high polymerization PVC resin.
How it promotes PVC plasticization:
Processing aids are added to PVC, and when shearing occurs due to external heating, the processing aids surrounded by PVC firstly melt, and then adhere to the surrounding PVC resin to form a network-like structure, and at the same time, the external shearing force is transferred to the resin, thus promoting plasticization.
The PVC chemical compound and its molding products obtained by combining PA-40 have the following characteristics:
1, Promoting gelation:
It improves mixing uniformity and enables PVC resin to fully utilize its inherent physical properties.
Filler can be easily used in the high PHR range.
It is easy to process complex shapes in profile extrusion and edge molding.

5, It can improve the phenomenon of hanging and stretching in the process of blow molding, so it can reduce the defect of partial thickness, and it is easy to carry out the molding process of large-capacity products.
6, It can promote the microfabrication and homogenization of foam in the foam forming process.
7, It can be used for deep drawing in vacuum molding or compressed air molding.
8, The heat resistance, weathering and discoloration resistance and rigidity of the product have increased.
